Jeff Wooside is the plant manager of Albert Lea Select Foods. Mr.Woodside is a graduate from Carlson School of Management Executive Education, as well as possesses a background in safety. Mr.Woodside has great involvement with our local community which includes being the chairman of the board for freeborn county Chamber of commerce. Mr.Woodside is an avid wild life enthusiast and enjoys hunting and outdoor adventures in his spare time.
Danny Joseph is the assistant plant manager of Albert Lea Select Foods. Mr.Joseph is a graduate from Austin Community College. Mr.Joseph was a production supervisor/employee for QPP since 1991, and joined the Albert Lea Select Foods Management team in 2018. Mr. Joseph is well versed in the processes of running a production plant. In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and enjoys sports. He is a huge fan of the Minnesota Vikings.
Rich Jenson started at Albert Lea Select Foods in 2005 as a 2nd shift production manager on the loin line. Between now and then he has possessed various management positions such as PM plant superintendent, yield manager and special project manager. Mr. Jensen participates in product procurement, as well as works closely with Hormel Foods to develop new products for our customers. Mr. Jensen has served our country in the United States Navy. In his spare time he participates in BBQ competitions as the owner of Smoking Bros BBQ. Mr. Jensen also took 3rd place in the World Food Competition in Kissimmee, Florida in the cupcake category. Rich Jensen knows his food! He is also an avid sportsman and outdoor enthusiast.
Charles Newton is the human resource manager at Albert Lea Select Foods. He has been with the company since 2005. He has worked within the food industry for 39 years. One of his favorite jobs was working as a trackman for Conrail. Charles likes to listen to music, collect and watch DVDs. He plays golf in the spring and likes to bowl in the winter. Charles also loves to garden and play the Legend of Zelda.
Darin Finley is the supply chain manager at Albert Lea Select Foods and has been with the company since 2011, when he started in the shipping department as a forklift driver. Prior to his tenure at ALSF, Darin was a fabrication and purchasing supervisor at McNeilus in Dodge Center. In his spare time Darin enjoys playing with his two boys. He participates in sports such as baseball, golf, and frisbee golf. Darin also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle when the weather is nice.
